Stepped on the scale after I realized my pants were way, way too tight the other day. Yes indeedy, turns out I've gained a hundred pounds in roughly two years.

Started up again yesterday. Only 3 push ups and 15 sit-ups after 45 minutes and three on an elliptical. Pretty sore after. Next workout day is Monday.

Counting calories again too.

It is past time to get back to in shape and so I will.
